to the grade of Under Secretary.
The undersigned is directed to state
that Section Officers beyond CSL No. 5468, belonged to
1991 Select List excluding those reserved category officers, already promoted
as Under Secretary and 1992 Select List of the Section Officers are being
considered for their promotion to the grade of Under Secretary on adhoc
basis. It is requested that the up to
date CR dossiers and Vigilance Clearance in respect of all Section Officers, as
mentioned above, may be sent to this Department urgently and in any case latest
