OFFICE MEMORANDUM

           Subject :  Central Civil Services (LTC) Rules, 1988 – Suspension regarding. 

         The undersigned is directed to say that the LTC suspension order issued vide this Department’s O.M. No. 31011/3/2001-Estt.(A) dated 2^nd March, 2001 will not be in force with effect from 2^nd March, 2003.  Accordingly, the LTC facility is restored with effect from the current block year i.e. 2002-2005 for any place in  India and 2002-2003 for Home Town. 

2.     The above orders shall also apply to All India Service Officers  on deputation with the Central Government. 

 3.     These orders shall apply to all autonomous/statutory bodies partially or fully funded by the Government.
