OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Section Officers’ Grade of CSS-Addition to the Select List (Seniority Quota) for the year 1980 –Correction of inter-se position in the All Secretariat Select List of Section Officer and in the CSL of S.O.s issued vide dated 3.12.1997.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this office O.M. of even No. dated 18.8.2006 on the above subject and to say the action from the said O.M. may be kept in abeyance till further orders from this Department. It is also requested that following information on following points may be furnished to this Department.

1. Name of the officers, who are placed in the similar situation and have not given the benefit of seniority in a similar situation.

2. A brief on then zoning scheme for promotion from Assistant Grade to S.O. Grade.

3. Any representation received from the officers affected by the issuance

of above said O.M.

It is requested that information in above may be sent by 25.09.2006 failing which it will be presumed that neither the cadre authorities nor the individual officers affected have any objection to the above mentioned changes in the seniority.

It is reiterated that that no further communication from aggrieved parties shall be entertained after 25.09.2006 on the matter.
