Sub: -    Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries as on 1.7.2005.

 

The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a copy of the Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries for circulating the same among the concerned individual officers including those who had proceeded from the cadre on deputation to the ex-cadre posts to invite representations, if any, with regard to any factual inaccuracy and the order of placement in the list.  Cadre Authorities are also requested to verify the correctness of the particulars such as date of appointment, date of birth etc., of the officers shown in the list.  If the name of any officer has been left out inadvertently from being included in the list, the same may be brought to the notice of this Department.

 

2.         It is requested that factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be brought to the notice of this Department immediately but not later then 05.8.2005.  If nothing is heard from any cadre by that date, it will be presumed that there is no factual inaccuracy in the said list and the same will be finalized accordingly.
