Subject: Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1997.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 7/1/2006-CS.I dated 30^th June, 2006 on the subject noted above and to say that on the basis of information furnished by the cadre authorities, Draft Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1997 has been drawn up.

2. A copy of Draft Common Seniority List of Assistants of CSS for the year 1997 is enclosed herewith. For giving wide publicity it has been also placed on the website of this Ministry. The same can be downloaded from this Ministry’s website as per address given below. In case of any difficulty, the position may be brought to the notice of this Department for immediate necessary action.

3. It is requested that Draft Common Seniority List may be circulated to all concerned for inviting their feed back.

4. It is observed that feedback is received very late . In this background it requested that the correction(s)/addition(s)/omissions, if any, may kindly be furnished by 12^th October, 2007__so that they could be incorporated in the final common Seniority List and same could be circulated by this Department.
