Sub: Promotion of CSS Under Secretaries (1995 Select List) to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS on ad-hoc basis.

In partial modification of earlier Order of even number dated the 19.3.2007, Shri L.R. Aggarwal, Under Secretary (1995 Select List), presently under compulsory wait in the Department of Higher Education is promoted as CSS Deputy Secretary purely on ad-hoc basis and posted to Department of Revenue, instead of UPSC.

2. All the other conditions of the earlier order will remain the same.
