Subject: CSS Directors Suitability List for the year 2001(partly), 2002 and 2003.

The undersigned is directed to refer to inform that the competent authority has approved the promotion of the following two Deputy Secretaries as Directors against the suitability list for the year 2003. These officers may be promoted on ‘as is where is basis’ w.e.f. the date they assume the charge.
