OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:Improvement in service conditions of faculty members in Training Institutions.

In continuation of this Department's 0. M. of even number dated 15th July, 1988, on the above subject, it is now clarified that a faculty member in a Training Institution proceeding for study/tour within the country will also not be entitled to the training allowance during the said dopt/ study, as he would not be performing his duty as a trainer for which he has been allowed the training allowance.

2. These orders will also take effect from 1.1.86 in so far as these relate to Training Institutions primarily meant for Training Group 'A' officials and from 1.1.87 for Training Institutions primarily meant for training other officials.
