The undersigned is directed to say that family pension, payable under the Liberalised Pensionary Awards Scheme will be consolidated w.e.f. 01.01.1996 under the provisions of Office Memorandum No. 45/86/97-P&PW(A)-Part-II dated 27.10.1997 subject to fulfillment of the conditions laid down in this Office Memorandum.
